Responsibilities
Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization
Support strategic planning and decision-making by conducting research and providing data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, project timelines, and deliverables
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a business operations, strategy, or analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Sheets)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with project management software and business intelligence tools is a plus
