They are seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to oversee the organization and execution of events, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants.

Responsibilities

Oversee aspects of organizing and executing both in-person and virtual events

Booking travel arrangements (flights and rental cars)

Planning educational events

Preparing paperwork

Managing event logistics

Supporting registrations

Providing excellent customer service

Ensuring events run smoothly to deliver high-quality experiences for participants

Post-course reconciliation

Management of rewards points/commissions and rebates

Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

Qualification

Required

Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management a plus, with the ability to coordinate logistics shipping of course materials meeting timelines effectively. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs comfortably

Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for all event participants and partners, to include communicating on the phone and by email

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A team player to understand how each roles plays a part in the success of events

Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required

Must be well groomed and exhibit a polished presence
