Responsibilities

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact

Wear name badge with pride and greet teammates with a warm hello

Review goals, learn about new products and promotions, and prepare the store for success

Receive merchandise, tag items, or organize the stockroom

Focus on the customer, greeting them warmly and actively listening to resolve issues

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves

Wrap up the day by organizing the stockroom, completing orders, and setting the team up for the next day’s success

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
