Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs
Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is a non-profit medical institution focused on increasing access to health care in underserved areas. The Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs will provide strategic leadership for enrollment and student affairs, develop comprehensive enrollment strategies, and ensure a high-quality student experience throughout their academic journey.

Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for enrollment management and student affairs aligned with PNWU’s mission and strategic plan
Develop and implement enrollment strategies including recruitment, admissions, retention, and graduation initiatives
Analyze enrollment trends, market conditions, and data to inform planning and forecasting
Oversee admissions, recruitment, financial aid, and enrollment operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements
Oversee Student Affairs, providing leadership, planning, and policy development for all functions of that unit
Provides Board Committee Administrative Leads, reporting, and dashboards
Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty governance, staff council, and student leadership
Provide budget oversight and resource stewardship
Lead, mentor, and develop staff; promote a culture of accountability and improvement
Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a field that closely relates to the role
3-5 years senior-level leadership experience in enrollment management, including Admissions, Recruitment and/or student affairs
Preferred
Master's Degree or higher in higher education field or related field
Experience in recruitment and enrollment for health sciences or graduate education
Experience in shared governance environments
Commitment to the principles of the PNWU mission and student-centered practices
