Responsibilities
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee
Greets and directs visitors to the company
Takes and retrieves messages for various employees
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail
Maintains and routes publications
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office supplies
Completes clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Provides general administrative and clerical support
Maintains a clean and organized reception and lobby area
Assists in ordering meals for customer visits and/or the plant for inventory
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office suite and Excel
General computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
Ability to consistently maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
Preferred
Minimum of two (2) years Reception and clerical experience
