Bookkeeper
Alliance USA is a licensed General Contractor operating in Florida, specializing in high-quality concrete formwork and other construction services. They are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining financial records
Preparing financial statements
Handling general bookkeeping tasks
Ensuring accuracy in accounting processes
Recording daily transactions
Creating journal entries
Maintaining financial reports
Utilizing accounting software to streamline financial management
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency on Microsoft office
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately
Proficiency in Bookkeeping and creating accurate Financial Statements
Experience with Accounting Software (Timberline) and the ability to manage its tools effectively
Knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to prepare Journal Entries
Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is required
Accounting: 5 years (required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software (Timberline): 3 years (preferred)
