Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals
Define product vision, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product direction
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch enhancements
Ensure products meet quality, performance, and compliance standards
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver products on time and within budget
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development team
Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide career development guidance
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity on product requirements
Drive prioritization of product features and enhancements based on business impact
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Monitor product development KPIs and adjust plans to achieve targets
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product delivery or quality
Identify opportunities for new products, features, or process improvements
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
7–12 years of experience in product development, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market
Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Ability to balance technical, business, and customer requirements
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Preferred
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP)
