Account Manager, Redi-Mix Concrete
Knight's Companies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to drive the growth of their ready-mix concrete products. Responsibilities
Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products in alignment with the company's sales strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs
Prepare and deliver customer quotes, including pricing information based on the established pricing matrix
Represent the organization’s values and mission in all interactions
Ensure all job duties are performed in compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or concrete industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
Preferred
Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and industry standards is preferred
