Responsibilities
Train, motivate and retain a successful sales team
Deliver on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments and build great teams
Facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process
Assist the General Manager in training and developing the next generation of leaders
Qualification
Required
High-volume, dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required)
Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team
Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Assist the General Manager in training and developing the next generation of leaders
Must displace a high business acumen as well as decisive decision making skills
