NextCare is a healthcare company seeking a Patient Accounts Receivable Representative. This role is responsible for maintaining industry standards for accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding claims, posting payments, and preparing accounts for collection agency submission.

Follow up daily on all outstanding patient claims they are assigned to

Post contractual adjustments and transfer deductibles to patient accounts based of correspondence received from the insurance

Post the payments they obtain through their collection calls to

Assist with claim resubmission projects when

Prelist accounts that are deemed to be sent to the collection

Review accounts that have partial or under

Handle incoming calls from patients previously contacted regarding claims and patient

Review accounts to determine if billed

Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance

Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company
