Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will conduct high-quality analysis to drive strategic and operational business decisions, focusing on financial planning, reporting, and developing financial models.

Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning and reporting for care delivery projects, focusing on costs, headcount, and revenue
Develop financial models and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions
Partner with teams across Verily to ensure resources align with business goals and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel or SQL
Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus, along with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
Proven Microsoft Excel skills, and other database, automation or business intelligence skills (e.g. SQL, TSL, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan)
Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
Preferred
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, leadership skills and ability to communicate with executives and senior management teams
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and defining the agenda
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
Relevant experience in Healthcare services, Biotech or Pharma
