Responsibilities
Oversee and expedite outbound shipments from primary hubs in New York and Colorado, as well as multiple remote distribution sites
Conduct daily analysis of inventory positions; proactively execute stock transfers between sites to maximize fulfillment rates and eliminate stockouts
Perform rigorous daily and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
Manage the full order-to-cash lifecycle within the ERP system, including the accurate fulfillment and invoicing of Sales Orders
Directly manage sales order fulfillment workflows for all remote shipping locations to ensure operational consistency
Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex fulfillment challenges and logistical bottlenecks
Solicit and evaluate competitive quotes for domestic and international freight to optimize logistics expenditures
Ensure the timely delivery of Purchase Orders (POs) through active vendor management and tracking
Act as the primary point of communication for the supply chain, providing timely updates on ETAs, potential delays, and procurement status to relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field is required
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience required
Must be able to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 6:00pm (as well as occasional overtime or weekends as business needs dictate)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications
Knowledge of contracts required
Vendor Management experience required
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize within tight time constraints
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Additional education, training, or certifications highly desirable
NetSuite ERP system proficiency highly desirable
