Responsibilities
Work within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and designers to execute design and engineering on projects
Assist with the generating design deliverables such as PFD’s, P&ID’s, process simulations, engineering calculations, and datasheets
Assist with the generating deliverables for projects, working within strict budget and schedule constraints to execute the process engineering scope
Uses specific software packages for process systems and hydraulics modeling and scenario studies (Aspen, HYSYS, etc.)
Contributes to the development of client proposals and project cost estimates
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
May work at various different locations and conditions may vary
Preferred
3.0 Cumulative GPA preferred
Knowledge of Aspen HYSYS and other process simulation tools preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
