Inside Sales Representative
National Technology Integrators is a national AV, security, and IT contractor, seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The role involves supporting the Account Management team in pursuing new opportunities and building client relationships, while also managing daily outbound communications and project follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Complete daily outbound calls/emails to new Client prospects
Tracking leads and project information by updating the CRM (Pipedrive)
Maintaining and leading project follow-ups by sending reminders
Be quick to respond/jump on tasks, and reliably deliver results from the Office
Fully support the Account Management team: EX: Sending out proposals and documents as instructed by the Account Manager
Coordinating client-facing affairs. Inclusive, but not limited to: Events, client office visits, site lunches, etc
Qualification
Required
Interpersonal skills to engage in client-facing affairs
Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Desire to learn and appetite to grow
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of the Construction Industry ins and outs
Basic to advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF Edit, and Canva
