Responsibilities

Serve as the primary engagement point between Technology and all LOB executives
Translate business goals into actionable technology initiatives
Facilitate intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning
Influence and support change adoption across the bank
Lead a team of BAs embedded within lines of businesses
Ensure each BA becomes a subject-matter expert
Standardize discovery, requirements documentation, and process mapping
Develop a professional growth path for Business Analysts
Assess workflows across Retail, Lending, Treasury, Operations Credit Administration & Contact Centers
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Identify business processes and interactions with data across third-party applications and the bank’s core systems
Facilitate workshops to map current and future states
Build quantifiable improvement targets
Identify AI and automation opportunities
Partner with AI Task Force and IT Architecture
Prioritize AI solutions based on value and feasibility
Measure performance impact across efficiency and experience
Ensure high-quality requirements, user stories, and test plans
Collaborate with Architects, IT, PMO, and Product Owners
Validate solutions and support UAT activities
Maintain alignment between system capabilities and business processes
Translate technical concepts into business insights
Provide ongoing reporting and transparency
Educate business teams on AI and technology enablement
Build trusted partnerships across the enterprise
Ensure redesigned processes meet regulatory requirements
Embed operational controls into workflows
Partner with Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance on AI governance
Maintain documentation standards
Establish KPIs (cycle time, cost-to-serve, automation adoption, error reduction, etc.)
Maintain performance dashboards for leadership
Track BA and engagement performance across lines of business

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in business analysis or process engineering
Deep experience designing optimized future-state workflows
Strong banking industry knowledge
Leadership experience managing BAs in an embedded model
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
Familiarity with process mapping tools and enterprise architecture concepts
Exposure with AI, automation, and RPA tools or services
Experienced in developing SME depth within teams

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Knowledge of data analytics and digital banking technologies
