Act as a technical expert in plastics molding and tooling
Support supplier development, manufacturing transfers, and process improvements
Provide design guidance for components and assemblies
Oversee tooling and process reliability, validation support
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional problem solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field
10+ years in injection molding or plastics manufacturing; regulated industry experience preferred
Supplier-facing experience a plus
Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing, design principles, and process control
Proficient with CAD and general engineering software
