Responsibilities
Calculating labor and overhead cost rates
Understanding processes in the new system
Testing module configurations
Supporting process documentation
Collaborating cross functionally to understand impacts of process changes across the organization
Developing Manufacturing Plant Reporting
Being a change management champion
Other Ad hoc responsibilities and reporting as assigned
Being a Super User within Oracle Fusion
Cost Accounting requirements, including calculating cost rates for Labor and Overhead
Validating that costing processes are functioning as expected in the new system
Generating plant financial reporting and provide variance analysis and KPI reporting, collaborating with cross functional manufacturing teams to understand and analyze results, and to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Other Ad hoc responsibilities and reporting as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Accounting or related degree
5 years' experience in progressive Cost Accounting responsibilities including Variance Analysis and KPI reporting
Experience in Manufacturing environments
Experience leading cross functional communication, including Senior Leadership
Preferred
CMA or CPA Certification is a plus
Bachelors degree is a must, masters is a plus
5+ years of experience
Experience with ERP system implementations, experience with Oracle Fusion a plus
