Trade Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities
Own and manage trade marketing requests and briefs from international markets in Click Up
Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders on project overviews and deliverable requirements
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards
Support creative adapts with local and internal agency for Evergreen, W&W (Windows and Walls), NPD (New Product Development) and promotional materials
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep campaigns on track
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, agencies and local markets for trade marketing projects
Assist in brainstorming sessions with leadership and contribute ideas for campaigns
Facilitate weekly calls with each market to align on program deliverables and maintain program consistency
Help identify gaps or inefficiencies in trade marketing processes
Assist in special projects, or creative requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Project Management, Marketing or related field of study
Between 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design
Between 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with project management tools e.g. Click up
Excels in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
