Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with optical, mechanical, and electrical engineers to design, prototype, integrate, and deploy highly integrated electro-optic systems for terrestrial and space applications
Emphasize hands-on execution and system-level ownership, including electronics design, hardware bring-up, debugging, and integration with sensors, optics, and mechanical assemblies
Identify, scope, and solve problems across disciplinary boundaries
Contribute to overall system performance, reliability, and mission success
Qualification
Required
M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience would be considered
Demonstrated analog, digital, and/or FPGA electronics design experience
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
This is an on-site, collaborative role
Preferred
Analog/digital/FPGA electronics design
Motor control/sensors/camera design
Power system design
PCB design and software
Circuit simulation
Space qualified electronics design
Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or other programming languages
