Responsibilities
Lead and promote process safety excellence across site operations
Perform structured risk assessments including HAZOPs and process safety studies
Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process safety programs
Deliver process safety training and coaching to operations and engineering personnel
Engage directly with field teams to reinforce safe operating practices
Support consequence modeling and risk analysis activities
Ensure compliance with applicable petrochemical and LNG regulatory requirements
Provide technical guidance on risk management and process safety matters
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to influence safety culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in process safety
Strong knowledge of petrochemical and LNG industry regulatory requirements
Experience performing HAZOPs and formal process safety studies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Preferred experience with consequence modeling tools (e.g., PHAST)
