Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12 ERP solutions by coordinating with the offshore team
Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components)
Work extensively with Oracle OAF, EDI integrations, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and API development
Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices during implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
6–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects
Strong understanding of Oracle technical components including OAF, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs
Experience with EDI integrations and RICE components
Familiarity with Manufacturing and SCM modules, including: BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS/Inventory Planning & ATP
Excellent communication and leadership skills
