Spin Master Games is a leading global children's toy, entertainment and digital gaming company. The Senior Packaging Designer will work closely with the Director of Brand Design to create branding and packaging design concepts that support brand strategies and collaborate with various teams throughout the package development process.

Responsibilities

Working under the art direction of the VP, Design you will create branding and packaging design concepts that support brand strategies

Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables

Solicit creative direction from key team members on the product development team and marketing team in a timely manner

Develop marketing support materials, creative boards and layout presentations for new and existing business development presentations

Develop digital marketing assets where required

Collaborate with Production, Structural Engineering, Marketing, Quality Control and Product Development teams as well as overseas agents, as necessary, in the package development and approval process

With support from the photo studio team, direct and manage photoshoots when needed for packaging development

Manage 1-2 freelance designers
