Caesars Entertainment is the largest casino-entertainment company in the U.S., and they are seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide Purchasing System training support and manage Help Desk operations. This role focuses on customer service for back of the house Team Members and involves assisting with technical issues and improving training documentation.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day Procure to Pay (P2P) operational support of users in the P2P application (Oracle) through management of the P2P Help Desk (ServiceNow)
End-user training sessions and communications as required
Assist Strategic Sourcing professionals with technical and process issues as required; which may include basic business process solutions
Assist with improving training documentation and communicating
Provide additional support to the purchasing system’s team as requested
Create analytic reports of KPIs

Qualification

Required

Proficiency with modern purchasing transactional systems
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT application support or Procurement/Supply Chain function preferred
Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, sourcing, category management and supplier performance management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and knowledge of software systems
High School Diploma Required
Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Passion to provide great service to internal customers (e.g., sourcing professionals, property operators)

Preferred

Experience in Oracle technologies is a plus
