Responsibilities

Provide strategic, analytical and decision support on a wide range of complex technology and business issues and initiatives, and will be required to:
Support the Vice President, Technology in preparing communications and materials for high exposure strategic technology reviews/presentations to senior leaders and external audiences
Lead the development and execution of internal communications on behalf of the Vice President for key events, technology updates and other deliverables, including accountability for coordinating Town Halls and Business Unit Reviews
Lead the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to drive Colleague Engagement
Support planning and operations (e.g. annual budget and investment planning, risk and finance reviews, weekly staff meetings, goal setting and performance review cycles)
Coordinate hiring plans to grow our workforce talent across teams and locations according to organizational strategy
Manage operations with key vendors, including finance, business reviews, and contractor support
Build strong working relationships across the USCDT organization and key partners to enhance collaboration and problem solving, and to generate solutions to deliver results

Required

Ability to prioritize tasks and projects simultaneously, with great follow-up and attention to detail, and work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence
Demonstrated relationship leadership skills with proven track record of influencing without authority
5-7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred

Prior experience in Technology, Product, Marketing, or Portfolio related team is preferred
Nice to have: a background in consulting
