Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities will include answering member's phone inquiries, monitor and check emails
Experience in creating incidents using Service Now or other ticketing system
Extensive password reset and web application support experience
Regularly check and return voice mails
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Track and redirect issues to correct resources
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Qualification
Required
