Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering project documentation and reports
Provide administrative support to the engineering team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database
Communicate effectively to ensure the timely and accurate exchange of information
Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field
