Thrive Pet Healthcare is a fast-paced, growing 24-hour Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital. They are seeking an upbeat and detail-oriented Office Assistant to manage administrative tasks, support hospital leadership, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Managing administrative tasks, records, and documentation

Assisting with accounts receivable and basic financial workflows

Driving social media activities and building and maintaining our online presence

Providing professional client service, including answering phones and making follow-up calls

Coordinating supplies, including office, janitorial, uniforms, and staff badges

Assisting with special events and special projects

Helping troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues
