Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the promotions calendar in coordination with cross-functional teams
Support the planning and execution of promotional initiatives and special sales
Analyze promotional performance and share key insights with stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to align promotional goals and messaging
Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track sales and promotion results
Support project coordination, timelines, and deliverables for promotions
Review promotional materials to ensure consistency with the campaign concept
Participate in project kickoffs and cross-team meetings as needed
Help monitor campaign execution across digital and social channels
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
1 year of experience in promotions, marketing or project coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Strategic and creative thinking
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and performance goals
Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk, or hear
