Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising, training and hiring of employees to work in the Lettershop Department
Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Makes employment recommendations. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution
Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas
Achieve departmental performance standards and measures – and provide regular progress reports to manager
Provide for a safe working environment. Perform accident response and support safety committee initiatives
Communicate upward, downward, across shifts and departments
Maintain preventative maintenance program for all equipment and proper inventory levels
Manage department priorities
Track training, absenteeism and timekeeping
Promote company values and culture. Enforce company policies and rules
Qualification
Required
Provide leadership to a team of manufacturing associates
Supervising, coordinating and facilitating all aspects of production, associate management and maintenance
Responsible for a positive and safe work environment
Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery

Continuously improve team members' skills
