ADM is seeking a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Decatur, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting the North American Operations team.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws

Support employee assessments and maintain updated welcome and onboarding documentation

Respond to employee inquiries related to wages, benefits, time tracking, and company policies

Maintain and organize HR files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Required

Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028

Must have an overall 2.8 GPA

Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work

Flexible to relocate to ADM site for the summer

Successful completion of a background check is required

Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with HR systems or metrics is a plus
