Qualification
Required
Degree from top 20 university
0 - 3 years of experience open to exceptional new grads with startup internship experience
Variety of experience - across recruiting, bizops, revops, etc
Open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in big 3 consulting or banking - we're looking for signal of rigor and high work ethic here
Preferred
Startup experience highly preferred
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates preferred
