Responsibilities

Conduct setups and manage operations on CNC and manual machines including lathes, mills, and grinders

Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed specifications

Implement stringent quality checks to uphold our product standards

Diagnose and fix machining equipment issues, ensuring machines operate at peak efficiency

Collaborate closely with engineering and production staff to enhance processes and to troubleshoot issues

Lead training initiatives to support and develop junior machinists and apprentices

Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures while keeping an orderly workstation

Required

Diploma or GED required, with preference for additional technical training or machining certification

Capable of both independent work and collaborative team efforts in a dynamic setting

Communicate effectively with a professional demeanor
