Scholarship & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

Assist the Director in all aspects of the Foundation and provide for direct development and solicitation of benefactors for the College through the NIACC Foundation, increasing the giving from benefactors

Required

Associate degree
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
High-energy level, self-motivated, goal oriented, team worker
Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office and managing databases
High degree of accuracy
Willingness to learn and serve as lead on proprietary software used by the department
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and deliver oral presentations and solicitations
Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
Two or more years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or event management
