Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
Tyonek Native Corp is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and technical oversight of aircraft maintenance personnel. The role involves ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and overseeing maintenance activities for both commercial and Department of Defense aircraft.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily aircraft maintenance activities for commercial and military aircraft
Assign tasks, manage shift staffing, and align manpower with workload requirements
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, military technical orders, and company manuals
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel
Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve discrepancies and audit findings
Oversee scheduled inspections, unscheduled maintenance, and AOG recovery efforts
Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and logbook entries
Interface with customers, program managers, and regulatory agencies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to pass a background check, which could include a criminal history and credit check for access to Government facilities
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P;) Certificate
7–10 years of aircraft maintenance experience
2–5 years of supervisory or lead maintenance experience
Experience in both commercial aviation and DoD/government contract environments
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation
We maintain a drug free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing
Preferred
Experience with transport category aircraft
Heavy maintenance or depot-level experience
Familiarity with DCMA oversight and AS9110/AS9112 quality systems
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
