We are seeking a DeltaV Automation Engineer to join our team and work with one of our pharmaceutical clients, responsible for DeltaV Systems and the full Automation scope.

Responsibilities

Write User requirements for DeltaV System

Review and Approve related Design Documentation

Partner with local site project teams to conduct assessments of system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and optimization for the DeltaV system

Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)

Ensure systems are implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output

Use and update of development system if required

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure automation standards are met for system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes

Partner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with Company Standards

Required

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree

Training completed in DeltaV standard and batch

3 or more years of experience in DeltaV application

Applications / Configuration CM /EM & Batch Layer

Onsite Commissioning Experience EM Shakedowns & Batch Layer / Recipe Testing

Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on small sized projects

Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ Sigma principles

Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision making skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential

Experience in the commissioning of DeltaV site at a GMP manufacturing site
