Manager, Global Pricing
Shure Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of audio equipment known for quality, reliability, and durability. They are seeking a Global Pricing Manager to define pricing strategies and ensure execution across software, subscriptions, and services to support evolving commercial models.

Responsibilities
Build transformational pricing frameworks to enable monetization of digital goods, such as software, subsriptions, and services
Create pricing initiatives to support transition from transactional to recurring revenue
Support implementation of the same on appropriate commercial platforms
Conduct pricing and elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market segmentation
Build dashboards and models to track pricing performance, revenue impact, and other relevant trends
Develop pricing models for new products across software, services, and hardware offerings
Draft pricing structures (tiered, device-based, usage-based, bundled, etc.) aligned with product and GTM strategy
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to establish value-based price points
Refine pricing for global distribution and reseller partners, including discount ladders, tiers, and regional variations
Support pricing organization to ensure pricing logic is correctly implemented in SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, CPQ and other pricing and subscription billing platforms
Support maintenance of global price lists, discount structures, and exiting pricing tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or related field with a focus on analytical and quantitative business strategies
Minimum of 7 years of experience in driving pricing, finance, commercial strategy, or revenue operations with measurable business impact
Experience developing and executed pricing strategies for software, subscriptions, and subscription businesses, fueling transformative shifts from traditional hardware to modern software solutions
Modeling and analytical expertise; advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and pricing technologies (CPQ, subscription billing, etc.)
Robust understanding of pricing execution across quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring operational excellence and scalability
