Clinical Placements Administrative Assistant (Academic Affairs)

Responsibilities

Provide support for outreach activities and internal events
Assist with preparation of materials, set-up and breakdown, and participate as needed at events and activities
Assist with data entry, report production, and basic analysis of program results
Assist with development and distribution of program communications
Respond to or elevate questions and provide customer service through email and by phone
Contact service personnel or other resources for program needs
Monitor supply inventory and order supplies
Operate and coordinate the servicing of office equipment
Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or graduation equivalent
Six months of related experience
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula

Preferred

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
