HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support, managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including resume screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding of new hires
Serve as a trusted resource for employees by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist with payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Coordinate and support employee training, development initiatives, and performance evaluation processes
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
Partner with site leadership and corporate HR to support workforce initiatives and employee engagement efforts

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Systems-friendly with a strong interest in working with HRIS and business systems
Comfortable learning and navigating new software and technology tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Full-time, onsite position based in Horsham, PA
Occasional travel to other EnerSys locations (1-2x/year)
Ability to read, write, and understand English

Preferred

Experience with UKG and SAP software strongly preferred
