Outside Sales Representative
Aston Carter is a company that provides world-class corporate talent solutions. They are seeking an Account Development Executive to build relationships with local businesses, drive growth, and help them unlock new revenue opportunities through a new delivery program.

Responsibilities
Hit the road and visit prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to 2 hours driving distance)
Pitch an exciting new delivery program and spark interest among local business owners
Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process
Track leads and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
Collaborate with your Field Manager to plan and host community recruitment events (think lunch-and-learns, town halls, coffee chats)
Build relationships with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups
Keep data organized by importing spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Field sales experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
Professional, enthusiastic, and highly organized with a sense of urgency
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily
