Responsibilities

Supports management in implementing staff movements to address vacations, illnesses, machine outages, and shifting production priorities
Provides regular feedback to management on production line performance, organization, and emerging critical issues. Recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness
Reinforces team focus on achieving volume targets, maintaining high efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery of products
Assists in allocating resources, coordinating shift orders, and overseeing execution of work plans across production lines during assigned shifts
Acts as a shift leader to foster collaboration, resolve technical and quality issues, and address logistical challenges in real time

Required

5+ years working in a manufacturing environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
