CHB Operations Clerk - (Client Service Dept)

Platte Valley Companies is seeking a Temporary Operations Clerk for their Client Service Department. The primary duties include receptionist tasks and clerical work, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Answer and transfer phone calls from customers, vendors, and CHB associates
Scan and electronically file documents in Synergy capture system
File documents once scanning is complete
Maintain an orderly, organized, and professional work center
Perform all other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned
Maintain audit, security, compliance, and regulatory standards
Keep informed of internal process/procedure changes, CHB commercial lending practices, banking services, and the overall general economy
Assist with PVC, PVB-Wyoming, and /or CH Brown Company functions as needed
Travel and work may be required on some Saturdays and/or holidays

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Competent keyboarding and computer use skills
