Responsibilities
Ensures the implementation production schedule is met
Ensures survey system resources are used effectively
Coordinates the resolution of survey-related problems
Ensures proper relationships are established between stakeholders to facilitate the delivery services
Supervises staff operations
Manages and executes the Integrated Master Schedule for on time delivery and conflict resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree allowed
Five (5) years IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) is required
Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, task dependencies, and CDRL deliveries
Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc
Must be available during core hours (0900-1500) and available onsite at Fort Belvoir, as requested
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred
Microsoft Project certification(s)
Supported the U.S. Army or other Federal Agency
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time
Capable of lifting up to 30lbs
