Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule a 25-person team (pickers, receivers, and support staff) while conducting performance evaluations
Operational Management: Direct daily picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to ensure timely customer delivery
Inventory Control: Maintain high accuracy levels through cycle counts, audits, and rigorous reconciliation of discrepancies
Data & Reporting: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track KPIs, including order accuracy, labor productivity, and inventory turnover
Process Improvement: Analyze operational reports to identify trends, reduce errors, and control labor and inventory costs
Compliance & Safety: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and regulatory requirements for the specialized handling of healthcare supplies
