Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Disclosure Desk Analyst responsible for ensuring that all required mortgage disclosures are prepared, reviewed, and delivered in compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves managing the disclosure process, verifying accuracy, and coordinating with various departments for effective communication with borrowers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review mortgage disclosure documents, including the Loan Estimate (LE), Closing Disclosure (CD), and other regulatory disclosures

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all disclosure documents in accordance with RESPA, TILA, and other applicable regulations

Monitor and stay current with changes in disclosure regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance

Implement and maintain procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of disclosures to borrowers

Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to gather necessary information for accurate disclosure preparation

Communicate with borrowers regarding disclosure-related questions and concerns

Maintain accurate records of all disclosures issued, including electronic and paper copies

Ensure proper documentation and storage of disclosure-related files for audit and compliance purposes

Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to disclosure documents

Address and correct any errors or omissions in disclosure documents promptly

Conduct regular audits of disclosure documents to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Assist in training new staff on disclosure procedures and compliance requirements

Support team members with disclosure-related questions and provide guidance as needed

Perform general administrative duties related to the disclosure process, such as data entry and filing

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Compliance Manager or Disclosure Manager
