Project Manager I, Marketing

The Project Manager I, Marketing supports the planning and execution of product and packaging initiatives, working closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Supporting the development and execution of project charters and gate documents within the stage & gate process
Supporting the development of project timelines with key milestones, identifying dependencies, and tracking progress, resourcing, budget, and risks to ensure each project is properly scoped so that success can be measured
Participating in project team meetings; documenting outcomes, tracking action items, and escalating issues as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, QA, Sales) to gather inputs and coordinate deliverables
Timely completion of post-launch reviews and integrating learnings into project closeout reports
Maintaining accurate and updated project documentation, timelines, and tracking tools
Supporting the implementation of the stage & gate process and the governance of project adherence to the development process
Contributing to the development and reporting of project performance metrics and KPIs
All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, business management, or related field
2–3 years of experience supporting projects or programs, ideally in marketing and/or product development
1+ year of Project Management experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including timelines, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination
Knowledge of stage and gate business process application, development, and execution
Demonstrated experience with process improvement processes
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Travel: up to 20%

Preferred

5+ years of business experience, including 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and/or Marketing
Project management experience across multiple business functions
Proficiency in project management software, with familiarity in Monday.com a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
