Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for HQ managed Commercial projects to ensure profitability and compliance with contracts and negotiated agreements. This will include:
Oversight of budget, scope and schedules
Financial forecasting
Change order & risk management
Client Management
RFP/RFQ creation and management
Sub-contractor management
Contract oversight and management
Prevailing wage compliance coordination
Procurement management
Invoice management
Contractor relationships
Engineering and permitting coordination
Staffing and scheduling
Salesforce Data Management
Documents and Files management
Communication management (Internal and External)
Safety and quality oversight
Close-out processes
Leadership process improvements
Assist with post-installation issues, including system deficiencies, warranty coordination, and resolution of operational concerns prior to and following PTO
Create RFPs/RFQs by investigating SOW, plan sets and other RFP documents
Coordinate and collaborate the permitting and Interconnection processes of commercial/MF solar projects with the Commercial Permit and Interconnection Managers from initial submittal through final inspection and PTO
Review data and plan sets to determine material and labor requirements for installation of Solar, Solar + Storage and Solar + Storage + EV systems
Assist with performance analysis of cost actuals metrics and trends to support headquarters and regional budgeting, resource allocation and planning
