Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visual work meets business objectives and compliance requirements
Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including ads, social media content, and video
Ensure operational processes and compliance expectations are met concerning creative quality
Work with a creative team to stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into design strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a design leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Excellent communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of brand standards and design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Figma, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
Experience working with a diverse creative team
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
