Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, including LOTO, arc flash, ladder safety, and fall protection
A high school diploma or equivalent
Formal training or trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment
Must have and maintain a valid SC Driver's License
Preferred
Associate degree in HVAC, electrical or other trade
Proficiency in using trade tools and equipment for building maintenance
Familiarity with typical equipment used in routine maintenance
Knowledge of OSHA safety policies and procedures as they relate to building maintenance
EPA certification
