Likewize is searching for a Reach Truck Operator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments according to company and safety standards
Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor
Perform pallet picks, put-aways, replenishments, and staging of materials
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
Follow inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including aisles, docks, and storage locations
Follow all OSHA, safety, and company policies at all times
Support warehouse team members with general labor tasks when needed

Required

1+ years of reach truck operation experience
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain through company training)
Ability to adhere to OSHA, safety, and company policies
Basic computer or scanner proficiency (RF scanners)
Ability to work in as a team in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience
