BXP, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in marketing and communications activities for assets within the Boston region portfolio. The role involves supporting various marketing projects, event planning, and creating content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Department with three to four projects, as assigned. Projects may include the following:

Research and develop programming and communication ideas to support activation goals at assigned property

Assist in staffing and execution of planned events throughout the region; suggest enhancements

Assist in creating content and messaging for social media platforms as assigned

Support goal of consistency across regional properties for branding, signage and event execution

Provide on-going support to marketing team as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program required

Experience with social media platforms including Twitter & Instagram required

Ability to confidently and professionally interact with co-workers, vendors, community partners, office and retail tenants, and other clients in an articulate and courteous manner at all times

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently

Effective problem solving skills
